Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple center locations in Virginia and ensure adherence to OBOT standards. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining compliance with DEA regulations, and coordinating onboarding for new associates.

The ideal candidate has experience in OBOT and with substance use or mental health populations, and meets state licensure and educational requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) preferred.
• Experience with substance use and/or mental health populations.
• Must meet state-defined licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide leadership to staff.
• Screen and interview new associates for hire and coordinate onboarding.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and monitor personnel time.
• Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations and internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to improve service provision.
• Conduct internal audits to analyze program performance.
