Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is looking for a Program Manager to develop and oversee opioid education initiatives, reduce stigma around OUD, and coordinate services with community providers. You will supervise LOFT staff, manage daily operations, and ensure timely reports and adherence to budget while representing the program in the community.

• Decrease stigma of OUD and increase knowledge/access to services.
• Provide leadership and oversight to LOFT staff.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee educational opportunities related to opioid issues.
• Ensure opportunities decrease stigma and increase access to services.
• Supervise activities linking with service providers and reduce entry barriers to treatment.
• Provide direct management and oversight to LOFT staff.
• Represent the program in the community and engage for support.
• Complete regular reports and ensure budgeting and timely operations.
• Ensure operations focus on treating OUD and secure ongoing funding.
