Job summary

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing in Concord, North Carolina, seeks a Full-time Program Manager for the Opioid Treatment Program. You will oversee daily workflow, staffing, onboarding, and multidisciplinary care coordination on site, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience and CADC or clinical licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCAS).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• CADC or clinical licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCAS) required.
• Candidates who are fully licensed or hold an associate license, LCAS, or a master’s degree are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, training, and development of staff within the program.
• Establish onboarding and engagement for new employees.
• Provide clear expectations, education, direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Organize services and systems for multidisciplinary care across the continuum.
