Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Burlington County, NJ seeks a Patient Navigator to support the Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (OORP). The role includes supervising Peer Recovery staff, coordinating with hospitals and community partners, and guiding survivors toward treatment and recovery resources.

The position requires a Bachelor degree in human services (Masters preferred), at least 3 years in behavioral health, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in human services-related field; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health.
• Supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the Opioid Overdose Recovery Program (OORP) and supervise Peer Recovery Support staff.
• Conduct weekly group supervision and individual staff meetings.
• Collaborate with staff to support individual recovery goals.
• Navigate services with IME and treatment providers per survivor needs.
• Develop recovery plans and connect survivors to community resources.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support during program hours and high-volume periods.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated OORP team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure program compliance with licensing policies and reporting requirements.
