Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.

• Develop and implement patient treatment plans per state requirements.
• Provide clinical services and opiate addiction counseling to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
