Job summary

The role emphasizes crisis management, coping strategies, and progress evaluation, with access to AI-supported documentation tools to streamline notes and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed applicable licenses (LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LCSW or LMFT).
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services; schedule direct service hours and coordinate treatment.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients.
• Conduct initial assessment and evaluation interviews for service eligibility.
• Complete Bio-psychosocial assessment.
• Respond to patient grievances and complaints as needed.
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans; perform other duties as assigned.
