Responsibilities

• Schedule surgery and pre-surgery education; coordinate with facilities.
• Arrange pre-op appointments with patient and caregiver.
• Check charts for insurance benefits; prepare cost summaries; counsel finances.
• Counsel patients on Physician Fee and Eye Surgery Center.
• Follow up on and collect surgery payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
