Cleveland Clinic Health System's Cole Eye Institute seeks an RN - Ophthalmology to join our surgical team in Cleveland. You will work across pre-op, intraop, and post-op phases, assisting in circulating and scrubbing with a focus on patient safety and high-quality eye care.

The role offers a structured OR training program, daily 7:00am-3:30pm shifts, optional cross-training in ENT and Plastics, and a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN license.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• One year RN experience or perioperative residency.
• ACLS Certification within six months of hire if sedation performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
• Perform scrub and circulating functions.
• Prepare the OR, surgical instruments and equipment for use.
