As an RN in Surgery supporting ophthalmology services, you will play an integral role across the full continuum of care for eye surgeries and procedures. This includes rotating through pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative phases, with training in both circulating and scrubbing roles. The environment is high-volume and fast-paced, requiring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional patient care standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, assisting during procedures, and providing post-operative care and education. Orientation includes a comprehensive OR training program of approximately six months, along with pre- and post-operative nursing competencies, tailored to individual experience and learning pace. There are also opportunities to expand your skillset through cross-training in additional surgical specialties at Main Campus, including ENT and Plastics.
A caregiver in this position works full time day shift 7:00am—3:30pm with on call requirements.
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
