This field-based role covers multiple Western US states and requires collaboration with Sales, Field Medical, and Marketing to build evidence-based programs. The candidate will plan and execute meetings, train thought leaders for speaker programs, and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmology societies while ensuring compliance and integrity in all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or business-related field.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with strong clinical knowledge.
• Leadership capabilities across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with thought leaders in Retina, Ophthalmology, and Optometry.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Marketing to drive advocacy for GA treatment and Izervay.
• Plan customer engagements and prioritize events at congresses and meetings.
• Gather insights and feedback to inform brand strategy and adoption.
• Demonstrate disease state and product knowledge in ophthalmology settings.
• Build strategic plans with regional and national thought leaders and teams.
