Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist for Ophthalmology in Albany, NY. The role focuses on strategic account development, clinical selling acumen, and territory management to achieve sales goals while adhering to regulations and company guidelines.

The candidate will build physician relationships, develop business plans, and participate in conferences nationwide, with a base pay range and eligibility for a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years’ Ophthalmology experience required.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s, 5+ years with an Associate’s Degree or 7+ years in pharma/Ophthalmology industry experience.
• Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare diseases preferred.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Local travel; some overnight travel May vary by region.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals by implementing territory-specific strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and disease states.
• Develop a Territory Business Plan and call plans for sales calls.
• Develop and/or maintain permanent customer records and complete admin tasks on time.
• Communicate accurate sales presentations to customers and present a professional image.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; operate territory accordingly.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
