Job summary

Virginia Eye Consultants is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day ophthalmology office operations. You will manage scheduling, reports, inventory, and staff training while ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care.

Travel to Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Hampton offices is required; mileage is reimbursed. COA/COT certification is preferred, with a base pay range reflecting DOE and responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years of management experience in ophthalmology or related field.
• COA or COT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling and reports.
• Guide equipment usage, chart handling, insurance, billing and policies.
• Lead and coach staff to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and HR on recruitment and staff needs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold patient experience standards.
