Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• COA/COT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service in person or by phone.
• Greet patients promptly and thank them when they leave.
• Assist ophthalmologist by performing initial testing.
• Record patient data in EMR and track medical history.
• Prepare patients for exams and minor procedures.
• Maintain clean and stocked examination rooms.
