Job summary

Precision Vision is seeking a Medical Assistant (Ophthalmic Technician) in Midwest City, OK. You will assist ophthalmologists, perform initial tests, and help prepare patients for exams while maintaining accurate EMR data and a courteous, efficient clinical flow.

Key requirements include high school diploma or GED, 1 year related experience, and ability to work over 40 hours with weekend availability. COA/COT certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a professional attitude and thank them on departure.
• Assist ophthalmologist and perform initial testing to prep for exams.
• Record patient data in EMR and verify information.
• Maintain exam rooms, open/close as needed, and restock supplies.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
