EyeCare Partners, Cincinnati Eye Institute, is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to assist ophthalmologists with patient exams and diagnostic testing. You will prepare patients, document EMR data, and support a busy clinic workflow.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting with standard Monday–Friday hours and potential travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care during visits and on the phone.
• Greet patients professionally and support physician flow.
• Record medical history and current medications accurately.
• Document data in the EMR as procedures are performed.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist with testing such as visual fields and OCT.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
