Job summary

Cincinnati Eye Institute in Fairfield, OH is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to support ophthalmologists by performing preliminary testing, preparing patients, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, recording histories, operating EMR, and assisting with exams; must be flexible for full-time hours and travel to Cincinnati as needed. COA/COT preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and manage check-in.
• Anticipate physician needs to facilitate clinic flow.
• Maintain patient records in EMR with accurate data.
• Record medical history and current medications.
• Perform preliminary testing and vital signs.
• Keep exam rooms clean and stocked.
• Support various office duties as assigned.
