Travel to other offices in Cincinnati, OH is required as needed with mileage reimbursement. The position emphasizes exceptional patient care, teamwork, and reliability, with full-time hours and HIPAA compliance as core requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent patient care and empathy are essential.
• HIPAA confidentiality must be maintained.
• Strong communication and organization skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters (in person or by phone).
• Greet patients promptly and with a positive attitude.
• Anticipate physician needs to facilitate clinic flow.
