Qualifications

• Completion of an approved ophthalmic technician program and one year of experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform complex ophthalmic exams and imaging as delegated.
• Complete imaging tests such as tonometry, visual fields, and other ordered tests.
• Administer topical medications and assist with procedures.
• Communicate professionally to support workflow and department representation.
