Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Ophthalmic Surgical Tech to support surgical clinics in Exton, PA. You will handle instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety during procedures.

On non-surgery days, you’ll assist with general prep, administration, and other duties within the clinic. Includes opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical, surgical, or optical environments.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Team-oriented and dependable with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
• Reviews consent, H&P, and pre-op medication/documentation.
• Assists in scrubbing, gowning, and gloving; maintains sterile field.
• Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, and meds.
• Ensures correct implant orders and availability; assists surgeon.
• Cleans and prepares instruments for sterilization and handles room turnover.
