TalentCraft is seeking an Interventional Business Manager to drive adoption of advanced ophthalmic technologies. You will collaborate with surgeons and practice teams to expand access, provide clinical and business support, and ensure successful implementation of solutions across practices.

You will lead sales strategy, education, and customer partnerships, translating complex clinical concepts into value-based pitches and ensuring excellent patient outcomes and market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in medical sales with 3+ years in surgical ophthalmology.
• Proven ability to launch products, grow territories, and hit sales targets.
• Strong relationship building, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort presenting to surgeons and staff, with solid CRM and MS Office skills.
