Job summary

International Eye Associates is seeking dedicated Ophthalmic Scribes to support physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting. No experience required; training will be provided.

The position requires traveling between clinics to assist with patient flow, document encounters, and ensure accurate charting while maintaining HIPAA standards. A 90-day probationary period applies before benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Experience in ophthalmology practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians to increase clinic efficiency and productivity.
• Anticipate physician needs and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Effectively multi-task to maintain smooth clinic flow.
• Document and chart patient encounters accurately in real time.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed to support clinics and schedules.
• HIPAA confidentiality practices must be followed at all times.
