Job summary

BioTissue is seeking an experienced Business Leader for the Operating Room to drive regional sales and lead key campaigns across ophthalmic surgical products. You will train surgeons, support OR cases, and collaborate with marketing and enterprise teams to develop and execute strategic plans.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of OR sales, proven quota attainment, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travelling 80–90% to support hospitals and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• Preferred 5–7 years of successful OR sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside medical sales experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales colleagues.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to communicate with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy/physiology related to products.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional campaigns and grow business across accounts and new opportunities.
• Onboard and train surgeons; support OR cases and present to physicians.
• Serve as national OR product expert; run labs and education; support strategy messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive field initiatives and growth.
• Partner with regional leadership to target accounts and maximize contracts.
• Develop regional sales plans; monitor performance and report monthly results.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
