Eyeplastx, a leading oculoplastic surgery practice, seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant for our primary office and satellite clinics. You will support scheduling, patient check-in, documentation, and clinical coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

You’ll split time between locations, travel to satellite clinics, handle records with accuracy, assist with pre-op clearances, and ensure patients are informed and comfortable throughout their visits.

Formación

• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to travel to satellite clinic locations is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patient schedules in advance to ensure seamless operations.
• Room patients and document medical records with precision.
• Manage clinic flow to keep patient care running smoothly.
• Schedule and manage surgery schedules and related details.
• Assist in gathering medical clearances and scheduling details.
• Ensure patients feel informed before and after procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and providers; address questions promptly.
• Follow up on patient tasks to meet needs with excellence.
• Utilize EHR, team chats, and shared resources for documentation.
