Job summary

Americold seeks an Industrial Engineering professional to provide engineering and project support across facilities in Utah. You will drive labor productivity, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives while leveraging dashboards to monitor performance and drive corrective actions across sites.

You will develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards, implement performance incentives, and train operations teams on labor management and CI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering or CI with CI experience.
• Experience developing engineered labor standards and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities.
• Develop time-studied standards and calculate performance incentives.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and service using dashboards and drive corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment across sites.
