Job summary

RPM xConstruction LLC, a Texas-based design and construction company, is seeking a Loader Operator to join its team. You will operate heavy equipment on diverse projects, including excavation, paving, and infrastructure work, while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of Loader Operator experience, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. A background check and drug screen are required.
