Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC, a Texas-based design and construction company, seeks a capable Equipment Operator to move materials on site and perform routine truck maintenance. The role requires compliance with safety procedures and the ability to read work instructions.

Typical hours run 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday, with a high emphasis on safe operation in a busy construction environment. RPM xConstruction offers benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Position spends ~5% outside inspecting and maintaining equipment; ~95% sitting and operating the equipment.
• Vision and hearing must be within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am–6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• Exposure to machines and chemicals with high noise levels.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
