Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in leadership with full P&L responsibility.
Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses in the US.
Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish a search process with defined criteria to identify a target acquisition in the US.
Lead the acquisition process with support from the Investment Management team.
Assume the CEO role of the acquired business and steer growth strategies.
Develop and implement 100-day and long-term plans for value creation.
Drive top-line growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Review offerings and positioning to close capability gaps and align with market needs.
Manage market-entry strategies and scale geography as needed.
Ensure efficiency and profitable growth across the business.
