Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking mid-career professionals to partner and lead a small to mid-sized enterprise as CEO under our Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program.

You will spearhead a 24-month search to acquire and manage a company in the US, with base compensation and vested equity. Selection involves multiple in-depth interviews, assessments, and a business case over several weeks.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Min. 10+ years running or growing businesses or business units in the US.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Deep expertise or strategic vision in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Establish with us a search process to generate deal flow and identify a business to acquire under predefined criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Proactively develop growth options, long-term strategy and 100-day plans for the business.
• Grow top-line via marketing and sales initiatives and refine offerings and positioning.
• Oversee portfolio strategy, brand positioning, and identify gaps to drive improvements.
• Manage geographic expansion when needed and implement market entry plans.
• Drive efficiency and profitable growth across the organization.
