Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a seasoned executive to partner with us as Chief Executive Officer, driving the search, acquisition and leadership of a small to mid-sized company in the US. This is conducted through our Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) Program with an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired business.

You will spearhead a 24-month professional search, supported by NCA, and ultimately assume the CEO role to guide strategic growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership roles
• Executive MBA or MBA preferred
• Min. 10+ years running businesses or BUs in the US
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship
• Experience in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with clear deal-flow criteria
• Manage the acquisition process with Investment Management support
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans
• Grow the top line through marketing and sales initiatives
• Review offerings and portfolio strategies, identify gaps
• Lead international expansion when required
• Ensure profitability and efficient operations
