Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking ambitious mid-career professionals to partner with NCA as Chief Executive Officer for a future acquisition in the US.

The role centers on leading a 24-month search to identify and acquire a small to mid-sized business, stepping into the CEO role post-acquisition, with comprehensive support from NCA and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with leadership roles and full P&L responsibility
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred
• Min. 10+ years running and growing businesses or business units in the US
• Strong motivation toward entrepreneurship and ownership mindset
• Experience in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics would be valuable

Responsibilities

• Establish a formal search process with criteria and deal-flow targets
• Manage acquisition process with Investment Management team support
• Assume CEO role in the acquired business
• Develop growth strategies and 100-day plans for the new entity
• Drive top-line growth through marketing and sales initiatives
• Review and refine product/portfolio strategies and brand positioning
• Plan and execute geographic expansion and market-entry strategies
• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency
