Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a mid-career professional to partner and lead an Operator-Led Buyout program, targeting acquisition and CEO leadership of a US-based SME. You will run a structured dual-path search, with comprehensive support, and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, post-acquisition leadership, and a long-term entrepreneurial journey within the OLBO framework.

Competenze

Fifteen plus years of professional experience with leadership roles and P&L responsibility.
Executive MBA or MBA preferred or equivalent advanced business degree.
Min ten years running or growing businesses in the US market.
Strong motivation for entrepreneurship in a CEO search role.
Deep expertise in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled or Distribution & Logistics.

Mansioni

Establish a search process with criteria to generate deal flow for acquisition.
Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
Assume the CEO role of the acquired business and lead post-close integration.
Proactively identify growth options and craft 100-day plans and long-term strategy.
Drive top-line growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
Assess product/portfolio offerings, branding, and gaps; implement improvements.
Plan and execute geographic expansion and market-entry strategies as needed.
Oversee efficiency and ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
