Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced professional to join as an NCA Searcher and lead an Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) search to acquire and manage a SME as Chief Executive Officer in the US. You will work closely with our Investment Management team to structure the search and transition into the CEO role of the acquired company.

The role requires senior leadership with a track record of scaling businesses, a strategic mindset, and strong drive for entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in the US.

Responsabilités

Establish with us a search process to generate deal flow and identify a business to acquire.
Manage the acquisition process with the Investment Management team.
Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
Proactively develop and evaluate strategic growth options and 100‑day plans.
Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives and assess portfolio strategies.
Review offerings, positioning and identify gaps; implement improvements.
Oversee geographic expansions and market-entry strategies.
Ensure profitability and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
