As an Operator II-Strips, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

• Job Title: Operator II-Strips
• Location: Ames, IA
• Pay Range: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, Fridays are OT

Responsibilities

1. Produce quality products per build signals.
2. Gather materials and set up straightforward equipment.
3. Maintain product quality according to department standards.
4. Comply with safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
5. Participate in team meetings for planning and problem-solving.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least six months of production experience.
• Mechanical experience or equivalent.
• Ability to learn machine operations and perform data entry accurately.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
