Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated laborer to assist the FTTH Drop Plow Operator in the installation of service cables from residences to pedestals or road rights-of-way. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors in various conditions, and supporting equipment operation to ensure smooth installations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Drop Plow Operator with daily tasks and equipment operation.
2. Handle and guide fiber/cable during the installation process.
3. Perform site preparation and cleanup.
4. Help with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Manually bury drops as needed or place temporary service lines on the ground.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in construction, telecom, or underground utilities is a plus but not required.
2. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying outdoor conditions.
