Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Mixing Operator for its Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and adjust automated mixing and production equipment to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.

The role supports production efficiency, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe manufacturing environment. The position requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, ability to handle fast-paced equipment, and commitment to GMP and safety.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mixing Operator to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Mixing Operator, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated mixing and production equipment to ensure products consistently meet quality and food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining product consistency, supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM

Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust mixing and production equipment to achieve product quality and specification requirements.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Preventive maintenance experience on production equipment.
