Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Break Relief - 3rd Shift to run packaging equipment and safeguard product quality during overnight production.

You will monitor GMPs and food safety, adjust equipment, and maintain settings while keeping work areas clean and safe. This on-site role runs 3rd shift, 9:45pm–6:15am, and requires teamwork and strong communication in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout the packaging process.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain operational performance and product specifications.
• Maintain equipment settings, supplies, and basic preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support sanitation standards.
• Communicate production, quality, maintenance, safety, and hygiene concerns to appropriate personnel.

About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Break Relief - 3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC Bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery-Break Relief - 3rd Shift you will be accountable for operating packaging equipment, maintaining product quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient production operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring bakery products are accurately packaged, food safety requirements are met, and production goals are achieved.

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate automated packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging.
