Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is hiring an Operator 3, Bakery - Day Off Relief on the 2nd shift to support production and packaging. You will operate automated equipment, monitor quality, and help maintain food safety while ensuring production goals are met.

The role requires 18+ with strong reading/writing, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred; extended hours and weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain production standards and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Day Off Relief - 2nd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, South Carolina bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery- Day Off Relief - 2nd Shift, you will be accountable for supporting all phases of the production and packaging process by operating automated equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining food safety standards, and helping achieve production goals. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity by providing coverage across production areas and becoming fully versed in bakery operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 1:45pm-10:15pm
• Weekends: As required by the business

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain production standards and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to production schedules, formulas, and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production and packaging operations.
• Basic computer skills.
