Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure food meets quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support efficient line performance
• Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment in alignment with production schedules and recipes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all GMP and foodsafety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, escalating concerns as needed to reduce downtime
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing and business needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and support continuous improvement

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3-Production - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality standards, and supporting efficient production flow across multiple areas of the bakery. This role is vital to maintaining equipment performance, food safety, and overall production reliability.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
