Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery–Production for the 3rd shift to operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment. You will ensure products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production flow across bakery areas.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, maintaining documentation, and working safely in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years manufacturing experience and strong teamwork are preferred for success.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet quality specifications.

• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow GMP/food-safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to minimize downtime.
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing.

About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery–Production-3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3-Production - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries’ quality standards, and supporting efficient production flow across multiple areas of the bakery. This role is vital to maintaining equipment performance, food safety, and overall production reliability.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6AM – 2:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate, adjust, and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure food meets quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production documentation and support efficient line performance
• Set up, start, stop, and change over equipment in alignment with production schedules and recipes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all GMP and food‑safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, escalating concerns as needed to reduce downtime
• Rotate across production and packaging areas as needed to support staffing and business needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and support continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Strong communication and observational skills
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes
• Ability to function effectively as part of a high‑performing team
• Must be at least 18 years of age
