Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC seeks an Operator 2, Bakery-Production for 1st shift at our West Columbia bakery. You will operate and monitor production equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food production, meeting customer specifications and production targets.

Shift is 1st, 6am-2:30pm, with weekends required. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced bakery environment, with opportunities for growth within Aspire Bakeries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to production equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, production schedules, and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operator to join our team at our bakery location. As a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operator, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food production. This role is critical to ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and production targets.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 6am-2:30pm
• Weekends: Required by the business

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to support efficient and consistent production output.
• Maintain production materials and supplies to minimize operational interruptions.
• Complete production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
