Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery - Packing - 3rd Shift to join our team in Ontario, CA. You will support continuous production and packaging, provide cross-functional coverage, and help ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
• Understanding of GMPs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging operations to maintain efficient workflow and output.
• Provide cross-functional coverage across departmental positions during breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company specifications and standards.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety requirements to ensure compliance.
• Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns and support corrective actions.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery - Packing - 3rd Shift to join our team. As an Operator 1, Bakery - Packing - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for supporting continuous production and packaging operations by providing cross-functional coverage within the department, maintaining packaging supply readiness, and ensuring products meet quality, food safety, and operational standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow, accurate production documentation, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

• Hours: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Support production and packaging operations to maintain efficient workflow and output.
• Provide cross-functional coverage across departmental positions during breaks and meal periods.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or packaging operations.
• Working knowledge of food safety, allergen control, and HACCP programs.
• Experience providing cross-functional support within a production environment.
• Familiarity with production documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and communicate equipment, quality, or operational concerns.
