Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a general operations assistant to support all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. You will perform duties in line with company policy and participate in cross-training to develop additional Agri-Service skills.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth and overtime as needed at our location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• All responsibilities performed in accordance with company policy.
• Cross-training in Agri-Service areas to foster new skills for additional support.
