Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is hiring a location associate to support the general operation across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. You will be part of a team that serves farmers and ranchers with hands-on assistance and dependable service.

The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and adapting to busy seasonal cycles. You will also participate in cross-training programs and benefit from MFA's comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must lift 50-100 pounds.
• Overtime including weekends may be required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general operation across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Support all areas of the business per policy.
• Cross-train in Agri-Service areas to gain new skills.
