Job summary

Service Global Inc. is seeking an early-career Technical Operations & Workforce Program Analyst – Trainee to support workforce management, field operations, project coordination, and analytics. Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making across field programs.

You will gain exposure to workforce intelligence, operational analytics, and process automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT/analytics-related field preferred.
Experience with data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support workforce planning, onboarding, deployment tracking, and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain workforce KPIs and OKRs, identify trends and exceptions.
Prepare periodic management reporting and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and data rules.
