Overview

The Manager, Data & Analytics Workforce Enablement & Certification is responsible for executing and operating a global, role-based training and certification program across the enterprise Data & Analytics organization. This role ensures intentional upskilling of onshore and offshore teams as the organization evolves from designing dashboards and static reports to delivering AI-powered analytics and self-resolving agents embedded directly into business processes.

Reporting into the Director, Strategic Data Operations, this role partners closely with functional capability leaders, product teams, HR, and external training vendors to implement training platforms, personalize learning paths for 16 distinct data roles, track progress, manage risks, and ensure measurable workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and operate the enterprise Data & Analytics training and certification program
• Operationalize role-based learning journeys across 16 data roles
• Coordinate day-to-day engagement with external training vendors
• Support implementation and operation of a centralized training platform / LMS
• Track training progress and certification readiness
• Support change management, adoption, and recognition programs
• Identify, track, and escalate risks impacting workforce readiness
