Lyra Technology Group is looking for its first Operations & Value Creation Analyst in Chicago. This role involves maintaining performance scorecards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and supporting operational data consistency. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and effective communication abilities. Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of portfolio performance scorecards.
• Aggregate operational and financial data from the portfolio.
• Identify trends and summarize findings for senior stakeholders.
• Support the Value Creation team with ad hoc analysis.
• Help maintain clean, consistent data across decentralized portfolio systems.

As we scale, Lyra is hiring its first Operations & Value Creation Analyst. Working directly with two senior Value Creation leaders, you will own recurring analytical work and key reporting processes. The role offers direct exposure to Lyra leadership, hands‑on engagement with our Operating Companies, and a strong foundation in private equity portfolio operations.

Your work as an Operations & Value Creation Analyst will include:

• Scorecard Ownership & Reporting
  • Own the day‑to‑day maintenance and continuous improvement of Lyra’s portfolio performance scorecards
  • Aggregate operational and financial data from across the portfolio on a recurring basis
  • Identify trends, outliers, and performance drivers and summarize findings clearly for senior stakeholders
  • Make incremental improvements to scorecard structure, data inputs, and visualizations over time
• Analytical Support
  • Support the Value Creation team with ad hoc analysis, benchmarking, and performance reporting
  • Assist in building financial models and operational summaries that quantify the impact of portfolio initiatives
  • Help prepare materials for regional teams and internal leadership updates
  • Pressure‑test data and assumptions before insights are shared more broadly
• Data & Workflow
  • Help maintain clean, consistent data across decentralized portfolio systems
  • Support improvements in how Operating Companies submit operational data and updates
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts through better processes and tooling

Base compensation range is targeted at $90,000-100,000.
