Job summary

Lyra Technology Group is looking for its first Operations & Value Creation Analyst in Chicago. This role involves maintaining performance scorecards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and supporting operational data consistency. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and effective communication abilities. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of analytical experience in a structured program or operations role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; comfort working with large, messy data sets.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a track record of reliable work products.
• Ability to manage recurring workstreams independently.
• Genuine curiosity about business operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of portfolio performance scorecards.
• Aggregate operational and financial data from the portfolio.
• Identify trends and summarize findings for senior stakeholders.
• Support the Value Creation team with ad hoc analysis.
• Help maintain clean, consistent data across decentralized portfolio systems.
