Circle National Trust seeks a seasoned Chief Operating and Trust Officer to lead operations, compliance, and performance. You will partner with executive leadership and the Board to drive strategy, governance, and regulatory adherence for Circle National Trust.

You will build the business plan, ensure resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and compliant organization that can scale with Circle's growth and evolving crypto initiatives.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of general management, finance, operations, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of leading high performing teams.
• Experience in a regulated financial services business (OCC experience a plus).
• Strong ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data and regulations.
• Experience in a RegTech or Fintech company.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Circle National Trust.
• Represent Circle National Trust internally and externally.
• Report to Circle leadership and Trust Board on key matters.
