Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in general management, finance, operations, or related discipline.
• 10+ years leading high performing teams.
• Experience in regulated financial services (OCC experience a plus).
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data and regulations.
• Experience in a RegTech or Fintech company.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital currency and blockchain technology.
• Embraces AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers and data analysts.
• Strong communication, planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Circle National Trust.
• Represent Circle National Trust within Circle Group and externally.
• Report to Circle leadership and the Trust Board on key matters.
• Develop and own the business plan to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Execute on the business plan and coordinate with senior leaders for cohesive operations.
• Ensure proper operating resources and governance across regulatory requirements.
