Job summary

Circle seeks a Chief Operating and Trust Officer for Circle National Trust in the United States. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, governance, and performance, reporting to Circle Group’s executive leadership and the Trust Board.

You’ll develop and own the business plan, manage regulatory affairs and audits, ensure resources, and lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, data, HR and finance.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in general management, finance, operations or related discipline.
• 8+ years leading high performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of regulated financial services with OCC exposure a plus.
• Experience in RegTech or Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and governance for Circle National Trust.
• Represent Circle National Trust within Circle Group and externally.
• Report to Circle executive leadership and Trust Board on key matters.
• Develop and own the business plan to maximize opportunities and profitability.
• Execute strategies and coordinate with senior executives for cohesive operations.
• Ensure Circle National Trust has proper operating resources.
• Maintain systems for compliance and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with custody and fiduciary requirements.
• Foster a strong compliance and governance culture and manage risk.
• Engage regulators, track communications and outcomes.
• Support audits and remediation with program leads.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and operations with Circle functions.
• Identify gaps and drive long-term foundational initiatives.
